Five months of #theFirst30 at WBP!
This December Warburton Bike Park celebrates the first five months of open trails. Using trail counter data, and adjusting for riders making multiple laps per day, we estimate the Park has welcomed approximately 15, 000 visitors to the network since July.
Ridden the trails? We want to hear from you! We’re conducting a user survey – share your thoughts, and go into the draw to win a merch pack.

What’s New
The next round of trails is ahead of schedule, with next April’s official opening set to be epic!
The bridge over Old Warburton Road will be completed by the end of the year. This bridge will link key sections of mountain bike trails on either side of Old Warburton Road and has been designed for mountain bikers including compliance with adaptive MTB guidelines.
Three bike wash bays are complete at the Wesburn Park Trailhead, and the building of the shuttle drop-off/pick-up area has commenced.
Emergency Management
With the Fire Danger period imminent, the Warburton Bike Park team continues to work closely with local emergency services. On days of Total Fire Ban the Park will be closed. Along with any gates throughout the next work shut, closures will be communicated via VMS message boards, social media and the website. This messaging will also be supported by Yarra Ranges Council channels. Once shuttle bookings are live, all booking holders will be notified via email and text.
